Tortellini in Broth

Ingredients

  • 200 g meat tortellini
  • 1 litre beef broth
  • Grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Method

  1. Bring the broth to a boil.
  2. Cook the tortellini for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with Parmigiano.
