Rustic Lasagna
Ingredients
- 250 g fresh lasagna sheets
- 300 g meat ragù
- 200 g béchamel sauce
- 150 g mozzarella
- 50 g Parmigiano Reggiano
- Butter, to taste, for greasing the baking dish
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Butter the baking dish and lay down a first layer of lasagna sheets.
- Add a layer of meat ragù, a layer of béchamel, and mozzarella.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with béchamel and Parmigiano.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
