Rustic Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh lasagna sheets
  • 300 g meat ragù
  • 200 g béchamel sauce
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 50 g Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Butter, to taste, for greasing the baking dish

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Butter the baking dish and lay down a first layer of lasagna sheets.
  3. Add a layer of meat ragù, a layer of béchamel, and mozzarella.
  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Finish with béchamel and Parmigiano.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
