Ricotta Ravioli

A delicate and flavorful first course, featuring a soft ricotta filling and a simple butter and sage dressing.

Ingredients

  • 250 g ricotta ravioli
  • 40 g butter
  • 6 sage leaves
  • Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Salt

Method

  1. Melt the butter with the sage in a pan.
  2. Cook the ravioli in salted water for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Drain gently and toss them in the butter.
  4. Serve with Parmigiano.
